Fit is the most important part of looking good in your garment. Whether you need to shorten a sleeve or hem your trousers, it is our personal goal to make sure that every customer feels confident that their garment will be repaired and altered to the highest standard. We don’t cut corners and stand by everything we do. If you think something isn’t quite right, it is our guarantee that we will fix it. On average our alteration tailors take around 7 to 14 days to carry out alterations. Below is a list of our alteration services.

Delivery Service
Should you not have time to visit, send us the clothing that requires alterations with the instructions on a note and our team will get in touch with you on receipt of it. Alternatively, you can fill out the tailoring form with the instructions mentioned on what alterations are needed.

Our professional tailors can alter almost any range of clothing, from trousers to suits, jeans to even leather jackets and batiks. Please refer to our alteration guide that lists out the type of alterations we do. Should there be something that is not mentioned in the list, please do get in touch with our Customer care via Whatsapp who will be able to assist you further.
Most alterations can be completed within a week’s time.However when there are quite a few things that need to be altered in the item or if the fabric is sophisticated,our tailors would need more time.
Yes our store managers will give you a quote before any of the alterations are processed and an invoice made.
Should you not be able to visit our store, you can pin the clothing before sending it and list out the instructions about what alterations are needed. On receiving the clothing, our tailors will get in touch with you to further verify the alterations required and a quote. For clothing items that need a lot of alterations, its best to schedule an appointment with and visit the store that is closest to you.
