The fee for rented merchandise shall include: the rental fees and a security deposit as described in the order detailed on the checkout page. Placing an order means that you understand and authorize Laxmi Tailors to immediately charge your credit card for the total fees associated with your order. By submitting your payment card, or any associated payment method, you authorize Laxmi Tailors to charge payment for any fees incurred as described in these rental terms.
Your rental items are available to pick up on the scheduled date and time based on your consultation with our customer service representative.
It is your responsibility to pick up and try on your rental items in a timely manner. If any garment does not fit, you must notify us within 24 hours of pick up or delivery. You are entitled to no charge exchanges for size as long as the request is made within 24 hours of pick up or delivery.
Only Jacket Sleeve length and Trouser length alterations are free of charge. Any other alterations required when renting a tuxedo will be chargeable depending upon the amount of work that goes into it. Our customer service representatives will be able to assist you with pricing and required adjustments.
Refund Process: Once we receive the tuxedo back and have ensured it’s in good condition, your security deposit will be promptly refunded to you in cash or a bank transfer.
This security deposit policy is designed to maintain the quality of our tuxedos and guarantee your satisfaction with our service. We want to make sure that every customer receives their tuxedo in impeccable condition for their special occasion.
Please note that our team will thoroughly inspect each tuxedo upon return, and any damages or significant wear and tear will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
